CSM-Configuration Manager issue

Hello,

i need advise or suggestion related to the Cisco CSM (Cisco Security Manager) issue.

Using CSM 4.7.0 with SP4.

Using 6500 Series ASA Service Module to manage ASA Services Module Security Context

Problem:

CSM-Configuration manager not able to pull the FW security context details, showing nothing in the left pane. it was working fine.

Reloaded the CSM, installed the SP4, reinstalled the windows server where CSM installed- no success

Any advise.
