CSM4.1 Part of a policy locked by activity which doesnt exist

Hi all,

Have got a CSM4.1 with part of the policy locked by an activity - there is no open activity though - is there anyway to reset the policy lock

Hi James,

can you confirm the following:

1- you are in workflow mode

2- if you open the activity manager you have ALL the activity either in Approved or Discarded state

If these are confirmed, unfortunately we would need to delete manually the activity by executing SQL code to the database directly.

This is an activity that we usually do not suggest to the customer to do on theirself, so would it be possible to open a TAC case and include the following info:

1- CSM diagnostic

2- copy of the DB

3- screenshot of the panel where you get the lock error.
