We had 2 License CSMPR-LIC-50 in Service and under SAS Contract with the needed S/N.
Then we decided to merge these Licenses into CSMPR-LIC-100 for Cost issues.e an
The Licensing Team has sent the new License and we have it now in Service.
Unfortunately we didn't got a S/N for the new License, so we cannot take it under SAS Contract anymore.S/N
Could somebody give me a hint, how to get a valid S/N.

Hi Martin,
most likely you have already done it, however I believe you should try to contact your Cisco Account Team and get this sorted out with them

If have involved my SAM as well my CPAM. Also Cases have been opened.
Looks like I'm in a Black Hole, and Cisco has no Process available which handles CSMPR Licenses.
I only need a S/N got have the Licenses under SAS Contract.
I don’t feel that Cisco is not interested to solve the problem, they are also not interested to invoice the
3000 $US for 1 Year SAS.
