Hi,
Both CQ and CBWFQ is to allocate bandwidth to traffics defined by the access-list, how do I choose which one to use?

It is depend on your requirement. If you want to allocate bandwidth (commit traffic rate) I think CBWFQ is better. The one major big different is that the traffic which classify in the same class ==> CQ use FIFO queuing but CBWFQ use WFQ
