I have a little problem with my DCRServer, he's stuck at the " waiting to initialize " status and i can't start him .
My configuration is the following : - Windows server 2008 SP1
- 64 Bit
- 8.00 GB RAM
- 2 processor 2.67GHZ
All the requirements are OK .
Installation succeeded correctly .
The actual DCRServer log is the following :

Is it due to the "log4j" file ?
I found it at this path : C:\Program Files (x86)\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\webapps\cwhp\WEB-INF\classes
