declaration of conformity

hi i´m looking for the signed document "declaration of conformity" of an asa 5505 eg http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/video/ps11070/ps11102/MP2240xx_CE__DoC.pdf

I find only general information .... XX Statement - Declaration of ... without signature.

Can someone help me, where to find these docuents!

We need the signed declaration of conformity for the approval of authority like
