We recently purchased 2 FPR1150 configured in HA. From the Home Screen in Defense Orchestrator, going to VPN>Remote Access Monitoring>Live, we could see who was signed in via AnyConnect.
But as of 8/21, that information stopped being displayed. The history is still there from 8/21 but nothing since.
Any idea how to fix this so we get real time information?

Are you by chance using a Secure Device Connector (SDC) and/or Secure Event Connector (SEC) VM?
If so and CDO has an issue with those, it could cause this issue. If would show up as a CDO alert at the top of the screen when you log in.
If not, then I would suggest opening a TAC case - they can check backend systems that you don't have visibility into.

Thank you for your reply. We are not using SDC or SEC.
We have opened a TAC but it's been over 2 weeks and we keep going back and forth. I was just hoping someone in this community has experienced this and has an answer.
