Deploy new installed network module failing from FMC 6.6.5.1

I have installed a new network module (FPR2K-NM-8X10G) on our FTD (Pri/active) 2140.

After installing the network, started the device again and got warning on it in FMC under Devices.
Warning was I have to edit it and save it. I did edited and saved it on FMC. I did and synced device too.
I see my FTD green arrow and showing the interfaces. But need to deploy the new interfaces. 

When I deploy it failing, and in task showing all the new interfaces.

Does I need to do more things before deploy it?

The steps performed are enough for adding the new interface module. What is the deployment failure reason?
Capture the transcript under Deployment History for the failed deployment, which may have some more details on the reason for the failure.
