Deployment failed due to failure to retrieve running configuration

Hello,

Can someone help me with the below error while deploying policy to the Cisco FTD from the FMC.

 

Cisco FMC(Virtual) - 6.2.3.14

Cisco FTD - Cisco ASA5545-X Threat Defense (75) Version 6.2.3.13 (Build 53)

 

Error Msg.- deployment failed due to failure retrieving running configuration information from device.

Hi,

 

    1. Do you have HA enabled? If so, see if you hit thee bugs:

 https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvk17813/?rfs=iqvred

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvk42088/?rfs=iqvred

    2. Try reloading both FTD and FMC, see if it works.

    3. Try using the same version on FTD as on the FMC, although it's not technically required. You could also run a recommended and newer version to get rid of all nasty bugs, like 6.4.0 patch 7

Thanks Cristian for your suggestions.

- FMC is standalone while FTD is in HA.

I will try the workaround and will let you know if it works.
