DHCP/ACL Help

I am unsure of how I need to erase all the configurations then reload them. I am also unsure of how ACL needs to be added on. Attached are the packet tracer and the Word Document that has the instructions. Any tips or hints are really helpful. 

Also any tips how to add DHCP, will be helpful too.

Regarding ACL I replied to your post in https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/mid-term-help/td-p/4564754

Erase the startup-config file on all routers. and Reload them is easy.  Commands are erase startup-config and reload

There is nothing about DHCP in word doc

Note: that we are here to help if you get stuck but not do all work for you.
