ISE implemented a policy for random mac for each terminal,
The customer asked if there is a random MAC update cycle for the iPhone/Android.
Do you happen to know or do you have any documents?

it may not be publicly disclosed by Apple, you best bet is apple forum.

I could be wrong but the random MAC address only rotates on a per-SSID basis.

It certainly is unique per SSID, the only other time I have seen it change is when you reset your iPhone network.
