Hey I have a working ASA 5510 device at one of my sites. I need to install an IPS module in one of the ASA device.I have no idea how much downtime will it cause. I dont want the site to remain at downtime for more time. Can anyone help me with it?

You need to power off your ASA, remove the slot-plate, insert the AIP-SSM and power on your ASA again. That should be your downtime.
