Easy way to wipe FMC config?

I am doing some FMCv testing in a lab. Is there an easy way to do a factory reset of an FMCv (or even an FMC appliance)? We haven't been able to find anything in Google searches.

Otherwise, I have to keep building new FMCvs when we need to start from scratch. We're running FMC 7.0.4. Thanks.

I don't think some kind of factory reset exists for FMC. Every guide I saw is mentioning that FMC should be reimaged.

If this is for any reason repetitive process for you, I would advise to reimage it now, configure basic parameters and take a backup. Once you are done with playing around, you can restore that backup.

No way to factory reset from the cli.

You could do a VMware snapshot or, alternatively, quiesce (shutdown) the FMCv when freshly built and copy the vmdk file for later re-use.
