Hi All,
I have FWSM (version 6.1(2)F) on 6513 core switch. It's configured in routed mode without natting. I have enabled DHCP relay on it and it's working fine but I need to enable BOOTP also so I want to know if dhcp and bootp can work together or not?
please find below the configuration of the dhcp on the FWSM:
dhcprelay server 10.10.10.5 Server
dhcprelay enable Vlan1
dhcprelay enable Vlan2
dhcprelay enable Vlan3
dhcprelay enable Vlan4
dhcprelay enable Vlan5
dhcprelay enable Vlan6
dhcprelay enable Vlan7
FWSM# sh dhcprelay statistics
DHCP UDP Unreachable Errors: 107
DHCP Other UDP Errors: 0
Packets Relayed
BOOTREQUEST 33
DHCPDISCOVER 210195
DHCPREQUEST 43108
DHCPDECLINE 5
DHCPRELEASE 71
DHCPINFORM 83200
BOOTREPLY 0
DHCPOFFER 9431
DHCPACK 88705
DHCPNAK 176
Thanks in advance
