encrypt private networks between sites?

We have several remote sites connected to us via Layer 2 connections using several different providers.  (EPL, ASEoD, wavelength) We'd like to encrypt the traffic on the /30 network between each site. What's the best way to do this?  IPSec tunnels?  I've only ever setup IPSec across internet circuits, not private links.

@johnsmunoz what hardware do you have on either end? If switches/routers and they support it you could use MACSec or GETVPN. If routers or firewalls (FTD/ASA) you could use an IPSec VPN (route based or policy based).
