Entering 3des license

I'm trying to install the 3des license on my PIX 520 but found it problematic.

We're running PIX 5.3 , I've upgraded it over a PIX5.2 which was bundled with a 16MB FLASH CARD upgrade.

As per installation guide I was expecting to be prompted for a AK change upon reboot .

The PIX reboots without asking for any changes .

How can I apply my license ?

To apply the activation key you will need to upgrade the pix from the Monitor Mode.
