I got this error after upgrading my Cisco ASA5506X to Firepower version 6.0.1-29
firepower snort[5327]: FATAL ERROR: The dynamic detection library "/var/sf/detection_engines/4890e1ac-f96c-11e5-ad46-e081cf879bc6/so_rules/file-office.so" version 1.0 compiled with dynamic engine library version 2.4 isn't compatible with the current dynamic engine library "/var/sf/detection_engines/4890e1ac-f96c-11e5-ad46-e081cf879bc6/libsf_engine.so" version 2.6.
I have tried to clear all local rules via the ASDM, and download rules. But I can't get it to load new rules.
This error also gives me the error that I can't deploy a security policy.
The loaded rule update version is : 2016-03-30-001.vrt
VDB Version : 264

Same problem appears after applying CNSP6.0.1-29.sh when I've tried deploy FirePower changes.
"Apr 19 2016 22:17:42 Sourcefire3D snort[9606]: FATAL ERROR: The dynamic detection library "/var/sf/detection_engines/93249b2c-8591-11e5-89ac-4b03dbd88ffd/so_rules/policy-other.so" version 1.0 compiled with dynamic engine library version 2.4 isn't compatible with the current dynamic engine library "/var/sf/detection_engines/93249b2c-8591-11e5-89ac-4b03dbd88ffd/libsf_engine.so" version 2.6."
Then I tried to download new rule update from support site and check box "Reapply all policies after the rule update import completes". After successful download, all policies were applied to device successfully without any error message.
Rule update> 2016-04-18-001-vrt
VDB>build 265 ( 2016-03-28 15:26:35 )
