Assuming you're using a local username on the ASA, get an admin to login and change your username's authorization level (privilege 15 is the highest).
Something like:
username phil password <phil's password> privilege 15
If you are using some external aaa server (like ldap or radius) then you need to straighten it out similar at that service.

my admin user get error message "You do not have sufficient privileges to execute commands required to load ASDM. Please contact your system Administrator".
