Hello peopple,
I configured the Cisco ISE to authenticate in the company's switches validating through TACATS Server. The problem is that after a while, I can not validate on the switches and it shows me the message "Authentication failed", or if I am already connected and working on the switch it shows me the message of "Authorization failed".
I have the version installed:
- Version: 2.4.0.357
- Product Identifier (PID): ISE-VM-K9
- Version Identifier (VID): V01
- Serial Number (SN): AAJE78BNLGE
- ADE-OS Version: 3.0.4.070
after a while these errors messages stop showing up, and when going to: Operations / TACACS / LIVE LOGS, there are no records about having tried to login in that moment.
This has happened to some, could you please help me?
