Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use the Firewall Migration Tool (FMT v7.0.1) to migrate the config of ASA 9.12 to FMC 7.4.2.
After successfully uploaded the the text file of ASA running config into FMT, and then started the conversion after selected the FTD, I got this error below :
" Blocked
(sqlite3.Operationalerror) table all_aaaservers already exists "
I've tried to reupload the ASA config file several times but I got the same error every time.
I'm not sure how to resolve this issue or is there a workaround for it.
Can someone kindly advise me what I need to do to fix this issue?
Thanks

Hi, FMT 7.0.1 with FMC 7.4.2 has been well tested. From the information shared, the error was seen twice with different ASA configuration, I would copy the FMT image on a clean new folder and run from there. If the error is still encountered, open a TAC SR and attach the troubleshooting bundle.

Do you already have some configuration on the FMC which overlaps from the ASA configuration?
It seems like one or more of your AAA servers configured on the ASA is already configured on the FMC. Please either skip the AAA migration, or delete the AAA configuration object from FMC and retry.
Otherwise please share the troubleshooting log from FMT, make sure it sanitized from personal data.

Thanks for your reply.
There's no AAA object config on the FMC
Also, I don't see the feature to skip the AAA migration on FMT:
I've feeling that it's something to do with with FMT tool itself rather than the ASA/FMC config.

FYI, I've tried to upload a completely different ASA config and when started the conversion after selected the FTD, I got exactly the same error below :
" Blocked
(sqlite3.Operationalerror) table all_aaaservers already exists "
I'm just wondering it has something to do with FMT or FMC versions. (FMT 7.0.1 & FMC:7.4.2)

I have used FMT 7 with FMC 7.4.2 successfully, so I can confirm that it works. When you extracted the tool, did you put it in its own new directory so that it's database is fresh and unpopulated?

Thanks for your reply.
It's working now - I reinstalled FMT on a clean new folder and run from there.
I just wasn't sure whether FMT 7.0.1 with FMC 7.4.2 has been tested before or not.
Thanks again
