It's working now - I reinstalled FMT on a clean new folder and run from there.
I just wasn't sure whether FMT 7.0.1 with FMC 7.4.2 has been tested before or not.

FYI, I've tried to upload a completely different ASA config and when started the conversion after selected the FTD, I got exactly the same error below :

There's no AAA object config on the FMC
Also, I don't see the feature to skip the AAA migration on FMT:
I've feeling that it's something to do with with FMT tool itself rather than the ASA/FMC config.
