Situation :
We have Solarwinds Web Server behind the firewall we use public ip to access the web console.
Everything works fine from public IP Except when we try to download some xml / HTML graphs reports .
When i checked the Firewall we always have this below Error
Failed to locate egress interface for TCP from inside:192.168.1.63/55131 to 92.61.xx.xx/80
----- From Local the Graphs work perfectly fine and able to download just normal ---------
as you can see it works perfectly fine on the local .
What we have to correct in the firewall so this could be resolved ?
