Failover setting on ASA with CSC module

Hi.

We are having troubles with a CSC-20 module during  failover implementation, we got  the same hardware and versions, but user license are different the firs one is for 500 user, and the fail over has only 250 user available, is user licensing a cause for failover failure?

On earlier versions of ASA software the licenses must also match to establish a healthy failover cluster. This limitation was removed in 8.3(1) and is documented in the release notes for that version.
