Hello,
I have a pair of FTD 2130 configured as HA.
I use FDM to manage these FWs.
Every time I want to run "https" on its IP-mgmt address, it came out as http (not secured).
Anyway I can configure the FTD without issue. But I feel uncomfortable why https didn't work.
Its strange, maybe I missed something.
Thank you very much for your help.

To correct the SSL certificate error you would ideally need to install a trusted certificate on the FDM either from your internal CA or a 3rd party CA. You would also need the root certificate of that CA installed on your PC.

I don't think it's possible to connect to FDM using just http.
Are you sure the error you receive isn't saying the https certificate is untrusted? That would be normal, by default the certificate would be untrusted as it is self-signed and not trusted by your web browser. You can export and import this certificate into your browser or sign the certificate by another CA you do trust.
