We have established a private cloud connection with FMC 6.1 and it was working fine until the management interface of the FMC got disconnected ; which caused the private cloud connection to fail which is normal. However, after restoring the connection ; the error still there and the status still cannot communicate with private cloud server.
We verified all connectivity parameter (reachability through Firewalls , DNS , certificate ) which were all valid . I'm wondering if any manual intervention must be done to restore the status of private cloud connection ?!!
