Hi,

Seems that the database is not mounted. Try to reboot. If not working,
contact tac to work on it to mount the database from root. Otherwise, you
have to rebuild, which is most likely the case.

thank Mohammed for your replay

yeas, I knew it is database problem and I did reboot but still

I want to knew steps how to mount the database or if there other solutions

Yes, rebuild means reimage. Remount needs tac.

what do you mean by rebuild

do you mean factory reset?

yes kind of fresh installation - wipe everything and build from scratch. as suggested open a TAC case they assists you better. (if you have smartnet contract)
