Hi,
When upgrading a Firepower (21xx) pair Active/Passive (ASA code), is it correct that the ASDM is also included in the ASA package?
Where can we find which ASDM version is included in the ASA bundle? (if using cisco-asa-fp2k.9.18.4.SPA)
If needed can we change ASDM version following the upgrade of the ASA bundle?
Thanks

@REJR77 that is correct the ASDM image comes with the ASA bundle, once upgraded the ASDM image in the bundle replaces the previous ASDM bundle image on the ASA after reloading because they have the same name (asdm.bin).
You can change the ASDM version as long as it supports the ASA version you are running. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/compatibility/asamatrx.html

If you can open SPA packages it contain asdm file .bin
The asa file start with asa....bin
The asdm file start with asdm.....bin
