Hi. We configured file policy that blocks malware for different types of files. But when someone try to open some files(for example office or pdf) on file server it stucks for a while approximately 10 seconds. Even when i try to look at files's properties it stucks again. We turnd off file policy to check whether file policy cause this issue. After turning off file policy everything workd as expected (normal). I want to know that why file policy cause such issue. More over we unchecked Dynamic Analysis and Capasity handling. Please see our file policy configuration.
