CSCvx25336 disable the FQDN check

Does somebody know the command to disable enforcement of this feature ? It should be fixed. There is no documentation in bug search tool.

"Workaround: Provide a command to disable/enable enforcement of this feature."

neither clearing DNS Server nor disabling DNS lookup helps
