Hi,
I am looking for the author of Firepower Management Center Configuration Guide. One of my NCEs was working with a customer with their Firepower configuration and has some suggestions that need to be added from the issues they saw while configuring.
Anybody know who I can contact?
Thanks,
Amy Drumm

You can use the feedback option on the side of the doc to provide suggestions and feedback. The documentation team is pretty responsive when I have provided feedback to other docs. They should be able to put you in touch with the author.
The other option is to reach out internally in Cisco to the Security Business Unit. Configuration guides usually originate from there, while troubleshooting docs are owned and managed by TAC.

You can open a TAC case and handle the documentation suggestions though TAC.

Hi Amy,
I'm the doc manager for the Firepower doc set. We do monitor the feedback from the feedback links on Cisco.com, and getting TAC to create a bug is also a good approach to make sure we have a record of the request or feedback.
You can also pass my email address - saragill@cisco.com - on to the customer and they can contact me directly.
Thanks!
Sarah
