After 6.5.5 update I'm receiving this error: High Unmanaged Disk Usage on Volume

I went to see whats happening about it and got this picture:

root@fmc1:/var# du -sh *
0 adm
252M cisco
292M common
20K db
4.0K empty
109M jre
7.5G lib
4.0K locatedb
8.0K lock
951M log
0 mail
174G opt
128M perl5
96K run
8.4G sf
12K spool
59M tmp

Then I went deeper to /opt

root@fmc1:/var/opt# du -sh *
173G CSCOpx
6.0M CSD
6.1M SSE
1.1G lamplighter
22M sybase_sdk
83M symmetric

One step deeper to /CSCOpx

root@fmc1:/var/opt/CSCOpx# du -sh *

711M MDC
92K backup
1.2M bin
3.0M cam-repository
508K cgi-bin
112K collect
164K conf
1.4G databases
856K etc
508K files
3.5M htdocs
912K install
6.0M jre
39M lib
4.0K log
24K man
13M nmim
596M objects
12K rigel
40K selftest
2.5M setup
65M temp
0 tomcat_ess_vmsbe_processes.run
684K upgrade
12K users
17M www

And now I am a bit confused... In previous folder CSCOpx was 173G, but when I go inside the folder nothing of that size exists or even sums up.

Any ideas?

Hi @amaoxrebeli,

Could be that you are hitting CSCvf34107. You can check its description and to try to delete mentioned files, if any. Otherwise, you should open a TAC case to get confirmation and resolution.

BR,

Milos
