Firepower Management Center Public IP change

We are about to change our ISP and the public IP address of our FMC will change, I have all my sensors registered over internet.

Should I have to re-register all the sensors or is there a way to edit some config and make it work?

if you change the IP whatever devices register with FMC also need to re-register. the best approach to de-register, and change the IP address and register whatever device part of the deployment.

if this is DNS-based then you change the DNS Entries should be sufficient in this case I guess.

Hi Brad,

Your best bet is to upgrade to 6.7 and then change the FMC IP, as this feature is supported from version 6.7 using the command "configure manager edit"

Hope this helps,
