Firepower management center registeration Cisco Smart Software Manager

Hi

Hello
We have a problem with our FMC in fact since last Wednesday I noticed that it has deregistered from the Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSSM). I tried to create a new token on the smart account to redo the registration but I always get this error. As a reminder, the FMC has access to the internet and there are no restrictions on the ports.The date is also correct because we use a ntp server.

It is highly recommended to upgrade, but in case you do not wish to kindly contact TAC to help you do the workaround.
