HI.. I have been running ASA firepower and have setup access policy on FMC, currently policy is setup for IPS as any any. 

Now i want to setup another IPS policy for outbond to inbound on FMC, could you please help to configure policy for outbound to inbound direction of traffic.

ASA with Firepower service module or ASA running FTD image?

Do you mean Access Control Policy or IPS policy?

Its ASA with Firepower service module and i want to setup IPS policy and call it in access-policy for outbound to inbound direction.

Create the Intrusion Policy and then create an ACP entry for traffic from outside to inside interface and, within that entry, specify the newly created Intrusion Policy policy as the one to be used under the Inspection tab. Something like this:
