Have you contacted your reseller? It is their responsibility to assign the purchased licenses to your Smart account.
If they aren't responsive, you can contact Cisco TAC or email licensing@cisco.com with your order details and they can assist.

Looks like you have two FTD but no license associated to your smart account.
If you have the licenses, associate they to your smart account (or ask the reseler to do that).

Hi
Thanks for Reply
can you tell me if I required any PAK for adding in smart account. I installed ASA with firepower in which I received PAK for the registration and licenses and used classic licensing which is working fine.
do I required any PAK in case of FTD or I required something else ( any key )
what should I asked from reseller in order to add licenses ?

Yes, you may receive a PAK. In this case go to cisco licesing portal and associate the license to your smart account.
Also your reseller may associate the license directly to your smart account.
Classic license will not allow you to rehost the license (or will, but you will need TAC assistance).
