Firepower Smart Licensing

I have one basic question on licensing for FTD.

With smartnet contract I am entitled to download the FTD images and IPS signatures etc.

But what happens when I do not have smart licensing attached to the device?  Is it only the IPS/AMP/URL etc I cannot enforce but normal statefull inspection will function? There is expiry period for smart licensing, when it expires what will stop working?

You can download an FTD image and without a proper License all the features work for 90 days.

For compliance, you need to install a License after 90 days for the features you looking to use.
