FirePower task running indefinitely

Hi,

On my firepower, 2 tasks are running indefinitely (1 waiting and 1 running) despite rebooting management firepower and FP Modules

Task 1 : LDAP Download

Task 2 Insttalingh Saurcefire Geolocation Database update

Any help how to chnage this behaviour ?

If you open a TAC case the engineer will be able to go into the Firepower database and clear the flags for the pending jobs.

Thanks Marvin for this reply, and for the Cisco guys a deserved "Oh, my god!"

This keeps happening with current versions by the way. Among a mile-long list of other things. Not good.
