Last I heard was that beta testing is wrapping up this coming week. That normally means we can expect a release within a month or so. 

But Karsten's answer is better - don't hold your breath while waiting.

My question is what it looks likes to manage the FMCv with FDM... I don't want to redeploy the FMCv just to see it though.

Firepower 6.2.2 is live on CCO now, along with ASA 9.8.2 and FXOS 2.2.2.
