Hello,

I had a website categorized wrong on brightcloud and it was be blocked,

I have asked brightcloud to change website category and it has been changed few days ago, but firepower see it as old category.

I have checked updates and URL filtering updates and all is updated.

I have also see this kind of issues, in worst case I have added the url in a white list.
Is this reoccurring you might consider contacting Cisco TAC.

Thank you Mikael,
but we need other solution than put website in whitelist
is there any method to clear URL cache ?!

Manually restarting services on the FMC and the sensor will flush it.  You have to restart them on the FMC first.

On the FMC:

sudo pmtool restartbyid CloudAgent

sudo pmtool restartbyid SFDataC

On the Sensor:

sudo pmtool restartbyid CloudAgent

sudo pmtool restartbyid SFDataC

sudo pmtool restartbytype snort

/usr/local/sf/bin/url_cache_tool.pl -acs

on both FMC and sensor

is what fixed it for us.
