Firepower User Agent can not connect with FMC

I have Problem with Firepower User Agent, when I want to add a Firepower Management Center in Agent, then I will get the Error"unable to connect to Firepower Management". you can find the Error in Attachment! I have already added the User Agent in FMC.

My Firepower Management Center Version is 6.3.0

and my User Agent 2.5(148)

Looks for me as per the error agent not able to connect to Mysql

If you have backup - Install new FMC and restore, or Raise TAC case to help you.
