i need to know how i can integrate Firesight integration with N-Circle vulnerability management

You can. The 'connector' that allows the IP360 vuln report data to be written into the FMC's Host Inout API can be downloaded here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12431606/tripwire-ip360-host-input-api-connector

You will need to rename the file to open it. Drop the _.zip

Please read the forum discussion as at least one user encountered a problem with the connector and the learned if a work around.

Can Cisco support us to do this and if we did it will be supported by cisco or not ?

Cisco TAC will help to make sure the FMC;'s Host Input API is enabled and working correctly but the connector itself is not TAC supported. You can use this forum but there is no guarantee on response time or updates to the code.
