I need to setup HA pair with 4100 series FTD firewall.

What is the fail over cable requirements for HA setup? Can I use normal LAN cable?

My Inside and Outside interfaces are 10Gbps interfaces.

Note the 4100 series has built-in SFP+ ports. They support 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps transceivers as listed here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/41x5/hw/guide/install-41x5/overview.html#id_20666

So you could use a GLC-TE at each end and a Cat 5e copper jumper. But... Cisco prices them dearly at US$471 list price each.

So it is cheaper and easier to use an SFP-H10GB-CU1M (or longer length depending on your installation). List price US$109 (1m) to US$169 (5m) and that includes both transceivers and gives you 10 Gbps.
