You should be able to use the copy command and copy from your startup-config to a TFTP server.

FW# copy startup-config tftp:

Address or name of remote host []?

Destination filename [startup-config?

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1234 bytes copied in 5.67 secs

FW#

Then reverse the process to pull the configuration from the TFTP server to the new firewall.
