Firewall Migration Tool greyed out

Hi,

I am using a FMT locally as in an airgapped environment. I load the tool complete the SSO with my account but the FMT screen remains greyed out..

from the last window it looks like the full login did not go through..

have you tried it from a non air gapped network with full internet access to see if it works fine as a test ?

also you can try to open a browser developer tools (google it) and see if its failing anywhere.. it may give you more insight..

Hey, for air-gapped environments, CCO login won't work. You can request a TAC to get the offline version, which is developed specifically for air-gapped environments.
