Company's FTD license expired and I am trying to review any documentation to unregister the expired FTD license and install this temporary one. License was done as a SLR and in an air gaped deployment.
Wanted to first try this forum before submitting a TAC Case.
- Do I have to unregister the current FPR2120 Threat Defense Protection License" and then Register the temporary one?
- Also will this require a reboot? Meaning This should be done after hours before business hours?
So I'd have to be on unclass computer with internet to Smart Account and input the Authorization Code that the FTD has. Then download a text file and get it on the FTD.
Any information the community can provide would be greatly appreciated.
