FMC Dashboard not showing any data

Hi,

I have checked status of SFTop10Cacher by running pmtool status |grep SFTop10Cacher and confirmed it was running.

After restarting , pmtool restartbyid SFTop10Cacher, the service does not restart and is now down. Data is still not being displayed on FMC Dashboard.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
