FMC freezes when trying to log in

Hello all,

Our client has a problem with FMC like once a week when they try to log in after giving the credentials it just freezes on log in page and doesn't log in. They have to reboot the FMC so they can log in again, and than the problem will occur again after a week or so.

FMC info:

- Virtual FMC installed on VMware.

- When the problem occur FMC was in version 7.2.5, upgrade to 7.2.8 (latest stable version), the problem still persists.

Would appreciate any kind of help

   = Seems like it may sometimes run out of resources. Use the VMware  hypervisor monitoring tools. Check CPU , Memory,...
     when  the FMC VM hangs (also during normal operation ,take notice of differences , if any)
