FMC - Product updates widget not showing data

Hello all,

FMC is not displaying any data in the Product Updates widget. I can see the "animation" showing that is loading, but that never finishes. All other dashboards and widgets are working correctly. The FMC is the 2600 appliance, in version 6.6.1.

Does anybody know what could be the problem?

I just ran the download product updates & once it completed refreshed the Tab & it now populates correctly.

It varies based on your version. Older versions like the one cited by the original poster over two years ago would have an issue with old certificate stores being unable to validate the current downloads site. If you share details about your specific problem in a new thread, it would be easier to help you.
