I get a crictical error message on FMC saying the following:

ASA5555: URLFilter used count will exceed total by 2 licenses.
ASA5555: MALWARE used count will exceed total by 2 licenses

However for My ASA though the SFR is fail-open and I am allowing all the traffic through the FMC so all the traffic is being allowd and the default Initial passive policy with no drop has been selected, consdierign this will the expiry of the above license cause any impact to the normal function o the ASA devices as these are in production. Please clarify

As long as you aren't using those features in a deployed policy it will have not effect on production traffic when the licenses expire.

If you had been using them, those policy elements would cease enforcement upon license expiry. Also, you will no longer be able to save aor deploy new policies with those features.
