FMC - the applied policy is out of date

I have added 2x FTD to FMC but can't do HA as one of the FTDs complain about the ACP being out-of-date.

How do i fix that?

You first need to make sure that all deployable configuration is deployed to both FTDs.  Once this is done you should be able to configure HA
